A thinking partner for leaders and marketers

Bring one decision, plan or material. We review it together and agree the next step. You leave with clear recommendations and next steps.

For company leaders

Marketing decisions, budget and resources, ways of working, and building the marketing team, including hiring advice.

For marketers and teams

An experienced colleague to review decisions, briefs and campaigns and to help develop the team. Your role and ownership stay with you.

Two formats

One decision or an agreed advisory rhythm

We agree the purpose of the advice, the division of work and my contribution. The role and professional ownership of the existing marketer or team stay with them.

One-off consultation

We review one decision, brief, plan, campaign or material. You leave with clear recommendations and next steps.

Ongoing marketing advice

An outside view for a marketer, for an agreed period and volume. The meeting rhythm, the amount of material reviewed and availability are written down before work starts.

Consulting topic

Building the marketing team and hiring advice

Consulting that helps you make good choices about organisation and hiring. An existing marketing lead takes part and keeps their role and ownership.

  • Company goals and marketing responsibilities
  • What to do in-house and what with external partners
  • The skills and experience the role needs
  • Role description, recruitment brief and candidate assessment criteria
  • Optional support in candidate conversations, plus first priorities and onboarding agreed with the new marketer

Finding candidates and the hiring decision stay with the company. We agree the scope of my advice and my part in the selection process.

When it fits

Before a decision, a launch or a larger cost

  • A leader or marketer wants a second opinion on a plan or campaign.
  • A brief, message or material needs a substantive, editorial review.
  • A marketer wants to discuss options with someone who understands how leadership, communication and delivery connect.
  • Leadership and the marketer want a neutral partner for a shared decision.
  • The company plans to hire for marketing or wants a clearer division of work.

Result

What you receive — and what it does not include

A reviewed material or decision
We focus on the question agreed in advance, not on taking over all of your marketing.
Clear recommendations
You receive reasoned options and a next step to use in your own work.
Agreed scope
Inputs, meetings, reviews and availability are fixed before paid work begins.
Delivery separately
If a recommendation grows into a project or production work, we agree its scope and ownership separately.

Scope and fee

Price after scope is agreed

Neither an enquiry nor the free 15-minute fit call orders paid work. The content, inputs and fee of a consultation or advisory are agreed in writing before we start.

Before starting, we agree the result, scope, timing, fee and responsibilities. Where needed, we also agree partner contributions, tool costs, handover and support.

Choose a one-off consultation or ongoing support. We agree the scope, meeting rhythm and responsibilities.

Describe your marketing need

Which marketing question needs solving right now?
