Prototype
A working trial solution to test an idea quickly. It is not production-ready unless agreed otherwise.
Better workflows
We look at where information or work gets stuck and create an understandable way of working for it. You receive a workflow description, an agreed prototype or an implemented solution, plus a guide.

For whom
Suitable both for leadership that wants to make the team’s work simpler and for a marketer who needs a specific solution.
A prototype helps us test an idea. For a solution intended for everyday use, we also agree testing, access, handover and ongoing support.
Sales and marketing
We agree who receives an enquiry, which message and next step follow, and how sales and marketing give each other feedback.
Prototype or production
A working trial solution to test an idea quickly. It is not production-ready unless agreed otherwise.
A solution for everyday use. The required accounts, access, hosting and integrations are agreed in advance; for specialist work, a separate maker is brought in where needed with an agreed role and cost.
Boundaries
Before starting, we agree the result, scope, timing, fee and responsibilities. Where needed, we also agree partner contributions, tool costs, handover and support.
A call or enquiry does not commission paid work. Scope and fee for paid work are agreed in writing before it starts.
Timing depends on scope and my availability; review and access capacity are agreed.
I need the right inputs and a decision-maker. We agree responsibilities and decision-makers with your team.
We separate prototype from production and agree accounts, access, third-party costs, hosting and any separate maintenance.
Third-party and tool costs, as well as maintenance or support, are agreed separately. Ownership of the result and handover terms are fixed in the agreement.
