For company leaders and management

An experienced marketing partner for your team

Clear marketing decisions and a named owner for important work

I help management and marketing reach a shared view, choose priorities, and take ownership of an agreed project or workstream — alongside your current marketer, not instead of them.

Strategy, messages, special projects and workflows. I combine marketing leadership, an editor's eye and building digital solutions, with named responsibility for the agreed workstream.

The call is free, 15 minutes, and does not commission paid work.

When I am brought in

Management situations where an experienced partner helps

01

Priorities are unclear

There is plenty of activity, but it is unclear what matters most.

02

Management and marketing are not aligned

Positioning and message need an agreement everyone can rely on.

03

An important initiative needs an owner

A launch, campaign or programme needs an experienced owner within an agreed scope.

04

You need the right marketing person or a clearer division of work

Consulting helps define responsibilities, role requirements and the recruitment brief — together with your existing marketing lead, if you have one.

05

Enquiries fall between sales and marketing

Shared messages, enquiry handover and agreed follow-up: who takes an enquiry, what the next step is and how feedback flows. Management gets a clearer follow-up process.

06

Too much work is manual

Workflows and digital solutions help the team focus on what matters.

Ways to work together

Solutions for management

Each service states who it is for, what you receive, who owns what and how the work completes.

Company leaders, management teams and marketers

Marketing clarity

Priorities are unclear, management and marketing pull in different directions, or there is plenty of activity without direction.

You receive

  • Agreed positioning and priorities
  • Message framework
  • Proposed 90-day plan with owners and measures

Production is agreed separately. Timing is agreed according to scope.

Company leaders and marketers

Marketing consulting and advisory

A leader needs support with marketing decisions, resources, organisation or building the marketing team; a marketer needs an experienced colleague for decisions, briefs and campaigns.

You receive

  • Reviewed decision, brief, campaign or material
  • Recommendations and a next step
  • Where needed, recommendations for building the team and hiring
  • For ongoing advisory: an agreed rhythm and volume

A one-off consultation or bounded ongoing advisory; scope and availability are agreed. Professional ownership stays with the marketer.

An important initiative — a launch, campaign, content project or international programme — needs a named owner.

You receive

  • Agreed brief and milestones
  • Named ownership of the agreed workstream
  • Agreed deliverables, completion and handover

Company leaders and marketing teams

Workflows and digital solutions

Marketing work runs manually, information is scattered, enquiries fall between sales and marketing, or the customer journey needs a simple digital solution.

You receive

  • Process definition, incl. sales and marketing cooperation: shared messages, enquiry handover and agreed follow-up
  • A scoped prototype OR a production deliverable (clearly distinguished)
  • Documentation, user guidance and handover

Accounts, access, third-party costs, hosting and maintenance are agreed separately.

Management with a genuine marketing leadership gap

Interim marketing leadership

The marketing lead has left or the role is still being created, and leadership needs a transition.

How we work together

Three simple steps

  1. 1

    We describe the need

A free introductory fit call or a written brief.

  2. 2

    We agree the work

Goal, scope, responsibility, inputs, timing and fee before any paid work starts.

  3. 3

    We do the agreed work

Review, a usable handover and an explicitly separate next phase if needed.

How the work runs

Clear scope, ownership and handover

AI Speed, Human Clarity: people make the decisions, suitable AI tools support delivery.

Fee agreed on scope

A call or enquiry does not commission paid work. Scope and fee for paid work are agreed in writing before it starts.

Timing and availability

Timing depends on scope and my availability; review and access capacity are agreed.

Your inputs and decisions

I need the right inputs and a decision-maker. Leader and marketer agree the division of work openly; no automatic line management.

Handing over digital work

We separate prototype from production and agree accounts, access, third-party costs, hosting and any separate maintenance.

No revenue or constant-availability guarantees. Details: Terms and privacy (in Estonian)

Free public masterclass (in Estonian)

90 minutes on marketing focus

Next session: 2026-10-11, 12:00–13:30 Estonian time.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do you work with our existing marketer?

We agree decisions, roles and my contribution with the leader and marketer. The existing marketer keeps professional ownership.

Where do we start when priorities are unclear?

Marketing clarity helps align positioning, messages, priorities and a proposed 90-day plan.

When should we choose a special project or interim leadership?

A special project fits a defined initiative. Interim leadership is only for a genuine leadership gap and requires an agreed mandate and authority.

What is the difference between the free call and a consultation?

The free call checks fit. A paid consultation is a substantive working session whose scope and fee are agreed beforehand.

Can you help with hiring a marketer or building the marketing team?

Yes, as an adviser: I help think through responsibilities, what to keep in-house or outsource, role requirements, the recruitment brief and assessment criteria, and optionally the new marketer's first priorities. Sourcing and selection stay with the company.
