For marketers and marketing teams

An experienced marketing partner for your team

An experienced colleague to share thinking and work with

For marketing managers, specialists and people doing marketing on their own. I review briefs, messages or campaigns, contribute creatively and editorially, and can take on an agreed workstream. Your professional role and ownership stay with you.

Strategy, messages, special projects and workflows. I combine marketing leadership, an editor's eye and building digital solutions, with named responsibility for the agreed workstream.

When I am brought in

Support for the marketer, not a replacement

01

You need a second opinion

A campaign, brief or message needs an experienced view before launch.

02

You do marketing on your own

Bounded advisory gives you a thinking partner without having to manage a team.

03

A project needs extra expertise

Editing, creative concepts or running a defined workstream within an agreed scope.

04

Your workflow needs simplifying

A workflow solution or a practical team workshop.

05

Your team is growing

We think through roles, division of work and the recruitment brief together, so you can build your team deliberately.

Ways to work together

How I can support your work

Each service states who it is for, what you receive, who owns what and how the work completes.

Company leaders and marketers

Marketing consulting and advisory

A leader needs support with marketing decisions, resources, organisation or building the marketing team; a marketer needs an experienced colleague for decisions, briefs and campaigns.

You receive

  • Reviewed decision, brief, campaign or material
  • Recommendations and a next step
  • Where needed, recommendations for building the team and hiring
  • For ongoing advisory: an agreed rhythm and volume

A one-off consultation or bounded ongoing advisory; scope and availability are agreed. Professional ownership stays with the marketer.

Workflows and digital solutions

Marketing work runs manually, information is scattered, enquiries fall between sales and marketing, or the customer journey needs a simple digital solution.

You receive

  • Process definition, incl. sales and marketing cooperation: shared messages, enquiry handover and agreed follow-up
  • A scoped prototype OR a production deliverable (clearly distinguished)
  • Documentation, user guidance and handover

Accounts, access, third-party costs, hosting and maintenance are agreed separately.

How we work together

Three simple steps

  1. 1

    We describe the need

A free introductory fit call or a written brief.

  2. 2

    We agree the work

Goal, scope, responsibility, inputs, timing and fee before any paid work starts.

  3. 3

    We do the agreed work

Review, a usable handover and an explicitly separate next phase if needed.

How the work runs

Clear scope, ownership and handover

AI Speed, Human Clarity: people make the decisions, suitable AI tools support delivery.

Fee agreed on scope

A call or enquiry does not commission paid work. Scope and fee for paid work are agreed in writing before it starts.

Timing and availability

Timing depends on scope and my availability; review and access capacity are agreed.

Your inputs and decisions

I need the right inputs and a decision-maker. Leader and marketer agree the division of work openly; no automatic line management.

Handing over digital work

We separate prototype from production and agree accounts, access, third-party costs, hosting and any separate maintenance.

No revenue or constant-availability guarantees. Details: Terms and privacy (in Estonian)

Free public masterclass (in Estonian)

90 minutes on marketing focus

Next session: 2026-10-11, 12:00–13:30 Estonian time.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I ask for a review of just one brief, message or campaign?

Yes. A one-off consultation can review one decision or item; the rhythm and scope of ongoing advisory are agreed separately.

Who keeps the decisions and professional ownership?

They stay with you. I am responsible for the agreed contribution or workstream, with a transparent division of work.

What kind of work can you complete yourself?

For example editing, a message framework, a creative concept, a content project or leading an agreed marketing and communications workstream.

Does advisory suit a solo marketer?

Yes. Advisory provides an experienced second view without changing your role or ownership.
